This award recognizes a member whom embraces leadership in fostering cooperation between public and/or private sectors in addressing housing issues. This may include affordable housing, partnerships with government or government entities, or partnerships with non-profits.

Criteria

  1. Leadership in fostering cooperation between public and private sectors in addressing housing issues
  2. Initiatives taken that promote working relationships between industry members and any level of government or educational facility
  3. Reduction or streamlining of regulatory process
  4. Action plans or strategies taken to improve affordable housing
  5. Initiatives that address growth management and promote higher density housing, Energy Star®, Built Green®, R-2000 or Net Zero housing techniques

Requirements

  • Up to 6 digital images that best represent the project
    • One (1) of relevant logo
    • Up to five (5) digital images of the project
    • May include letters of support from industry/government/municipal association PDF file
