Description

A multi-family development is defined as a project with a common entrance servicing all units. Rental projects are also eligible. It may have a commercial component.

In the event that the Primary Company submitting the entry is not the Builder or Developer for this project, one of the Project Partner companies must be the Builder or Developer for this project. Authorization must be obtained from the Builder or Developer to enter this project.

Requirements
  • Builder holds a BC Housing License that is currently in good standing.
  • Complete online entry (bullet form is recommended)
  • Up to 12 digital images
    • Four (4) images showing development setting, architectural setting, entrance to project etc.
    • Four (4) images showing principal living areas
    • Four (4) images of your choice
  • Floor plans
  • Site plan
  • Builder/Developer Permission Form
